Can I record while using another app?
Yes. Recording can continue in the background, with an ongoing Android notification showing its status and controls.
Will every device record in 4K?
No. Available resolution, frame rate and camera settings depend on your camera hardware. Shortcuts, schedules and smart detection also depend on Android, permissions and device settings.
Where do recordings go?
Videos are saved locally by default. Cloud transfers happen after you connect a supported service and initiate the action.
Which permissions are used?
Camera access is needed for video, and microphone access when sound is enabled. Notifications provide status and controls. Media or storage access supports file management; location is only needed for optional geotagging.
